A digital camera also digicam or camera is a camera that takes video or still photographs, or both, digitally by recording images via an electronic image sensor.

    • 5. Digital rangefinders-is a user-operated optical mechanism. It is used to measure subject distance once widely used on film cameras.
    • 6. Line-scan camera systems-this kind of is a camera device containing a line-scan image sensor chip, and a focusing mechanism. Line-scan technology can capture data extremely fast, and at very high image resolutions.

There are many things to consider in choosing digital camera for you to have the images that you want. It is just a matter of choosing the best of best.

But wait as digital cameras are in demand in the market, what about the film cams? Can you convert it into digital one? Well, some cameras are convertible but some were not. And if I were to choose I’d rather buy a brand new digital cam for you to save money as well as you can capture pictures and save video with no hassle.

Nothing is impossible in this fast approaching technology.
